Beena22 Posted February 26, 2017 Share #1 Posted February 26, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Bought an M9 last week and took it for it's first outing around St Albans city during my lunch break on Friday to test out how I'd fair with the rangefinder experience. Loved it With Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm

Denys Posted February 26, 2017 Share #3 Posted February 26, 2017 Lovely shot! It's always a great sign when one gets such a good image on the first "roll" - bodes well!
Robert M Poole Posted February 26, 2017 Share #4 Posted February 26, 2017 On the second look I saw the hand peeking out of the shadows! It's like a film noir still www.robertpoolephotography.com
Beena22 Posted February 26, 2017 Author Share #5 Posted February 26, 2017 Thanks guys. I was surprised at how easily I took to the rangefinder way of doing things - it almost felt like i'd been doing it for ever. I just need to adjust to the camera a little in terms of holding it I think, as I had a few shots "on the wonk".
Robert M Poole Posted February 26, 2017 Share #6 Posted February 26, 2017 Thanks guys. I was surprised at how easily I took to the rangefinder way of doing things - it almost felt like i'd been doing it for ever. I just need to adjust to the camera a little in terms of holding it I think, as I had a few shots "on the wonk".I found the ergonomics massively improved by the addition of a Thumbie. http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Thumbie-grip-for-Leica-M8-M9-M9-P-MM-or-ME-/292028209132?nav=SEARCH The seller is UK based on responsive to email etc. www.robertpoolephotography.com
