A couple of weeks ago, I began to yearn for another Leica; I had previously owned an M6. I decided this time to go a bit more retro, so I am now the proud owner of a IIIfB with a 50mm Elmar. I have been a film shooter for more than 60 years and have dabbled in digital photography. I have been fortunate to study under several photographers who have allowed me to gain a modicum of technical expertise. That said, I must admit that I have absolutely no talent. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge of Leica equipment and picking up tips and techniques that will help me improve my atrocious composition habits.
