Michael Hiles Posted February 18, 2017 Share #2 Posted February 18, 2017 Gets my vote. Clearly they believe that the market for film will be stable and likely grow. Might be a very good business decision.

wlaidlaw Posted February 23, 2017 Share #5 Posted February 23, 2017 When you hear this, you have to wonder why the folks at Ferrania are bothering. I have heard a rumour that Adox may take over the production of Rollei films, currently made by Agfa in Belgium, when the new facilities in Berlin and Switzerland are up and running. This slightly concerns me as Rollei are the last folk in the world currently making 70mm film in still camera format with type II perforations other than Ilford who very occasionally (about every two to three years dependant on demand - put your order in and pay in advance) make a run in HP5 Plus but at over double the cost of the Rollei 400S film. 250swb Posted February 24, 2017 Share #6 Posted February 24, 2017 As I understand it there has been a long time production agreement between Adox and Rollei anyway, not all Rollei films are/were made by Rollei etc.
