yeah, NEVER above 3200

ever...

yes the x100's (i had 3 100,100s,100t) and they were always hit or miss with fast moving action it sucked i lost out on a bunch of photos in haiti due to "rolling shutter" it was awful

but also if i was in situations when i felt that was needed to use an ISO above 3200

i would just use my DSLR's

and with that my 35 is 1.4

and my 85 1.2

they both got the job done at 3200

anyway your photos at 10,000 are fuckin amazing... im beyond impressed at that..

Yep i got rid of my dslrs since its was only in very few occasions in which i need such speed and high iso, but when I need it i really do miss them :( Specially the nikons, i have a lot of more images shot at iso 10k to 25k, makes my Leicas want to cry, hehehe. But well i didn't got the leicas just because of the image quality, they are many other factors that the nikons didnt gave me :) this is at iso18K :)

great shots!

Pictures are very good in every respect: technically, documentary and artistically! I doubt you made them better with Nikon or Canon.

Matic

Really really good shots. If you feel the camera limited you and managed to produce these pictures you should be very proud.

Thanks for the comments!

My eldest son was in Bucharest at the same time as this event and has returned with similar stuff from his Olympus.

On the face of it, I would say that I'd also be looking at considerably higher iso than 3200 with a camera that could handle it such as the Nikon D4/5.

You captured the drama well.

Thanks! Actually the drama was only one night :) Rest was very peaceful and full of families.

A few from my first outing with the Q over the weekend. The last one is a guy who got up in my face and accused me of taking shots of his girl friend (I had not), but somehow I managed to get away from him.

I didn't think I'd like the 28mm length, but now I'm thinking I like it better than what had been my preferred 35mm for street work. The Q is just a fun camera to walk around with!

What dimensions are your photos that allows posting so many at the same time? They look great!
