Hi guru. I just got new Leica Q Titanium this evenin in Germany and I tried to use it till battery was flat out. After recharging the battery I can still use it for awhile. Then I started to see white dots on the screen and it spread almost entire screen. They are not dead pixels because when I press menu, I can see menu perfectly.

I put the photo here:

Could you please help? I am going back to my country so I cannot go back to the shop I bought. Many thanks!

Cheers,

KT

The camera is defective. Kaputt. Ring the dealer where you bought it. Are there any dealers at all where you live? Perhaps the dealer where you bought it or Leica Camera AG can make some deal where a shop where you live can exchange your camera for a working one. Ohterwise, you'll have to send it in.

Bad luck.

Thanks guys. Very much appreciated. I contacted the shop in Hamburg he also asked me to go back to his shop to get replacement. Unfortunately I couldn't do that so he asked me to go to Singapore shop. He is not sure if I will get a replacement or not but at least I will get a service there. Just not my day I think. This is my first Leica :(

Disappointed for you. No excuse. Leica Quality should be better. Good luck with getting a replacement or fast repair.
