Not sure if I ever posted this. As I was recently reviewing my Lightroom library, this photo from May, 2011, came up.

Some context. For almost two years, I was shooting with a  Panasonic GF-1, the lens I used most often was my Summicron-C 40 mm. It was a great pairing. I stopped using this combination when I got my M9 in mid-2012.

Anyway, in May of 2011, a friend and I traveled to a number of different places in Turkey. Outside of one of the underground cities in Cappadocia, we found an old phone booth where I took some photos of her. The EXIF says I was using the kit lens —also Leica branded, so I feel safe posting it here— but I'm not so sure. I believe it was my 'cron attached to the camera, as I preferred to carry that combination rather than the kit zoom lens. I may be wrong.

Anyway, here it is.

Cheers,

—Santiago

Sorry it´s me again I know not everybody likes someone else editing his pictures

but I am a sucker for variations - that´s why I only shoot RAW so I am free to "improve"

my pictures and belive me it happens a lot that I "have" to do this even when I feel

satisfied (for a few weeks or so) !

Monochrome it looks really awsome
