Any way to turn off Noise Reduction?

As the thread title says, is there anyway to turn this off? I like to take a series of long exposures, lets say 20 photos at 10 seconds each, then merge them together to make it seem like a 200sec photo. However having to wait an additional 10 seconds for every single shot is a real pain and too much time passes in between which sometimes cause problems for me with what I would like to achieve. On all my other cameras I have been able to turn off noise reduction but there doesn't seem to be an option to do so in the Q's menu which is very frustrating.
