RvN Posted January 17, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 17, 2017 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Probably discussed earlier but not every SD Card seems available anymore cause of progress.. But what is the best SD card one can buy now for the MM9 to not get problems / banding but also has enough reach/GB.. I use a 16GB card at the moment. If possible a 32gb would be nice for weddings etc. But if this adds to problems than i stick with 16gb. Edited January 17, 2017 by RvN
Advertisement Posted January 17, 2017 Posted January 17, 2017 Hi RvN, Take a look here Best M Monochrom (m9) SD card in 2017?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Chuck Albertson Posted January 17, 2017 Share #2 Posted January 17, 2017 I use the SanDisk Extreme Pro (95MB/sec) card, 16MB capacity. It's probably overkill (the MM's write speed is the real bottleneck), but I use the 32MB card for my Nikon D750 as it really hits the sweet spot for that camera and the 16MB has worked well in the MM. The 16MB card has room for more than 450 RAW images, which is more than I would trust to any card - swap it out for another when it's half-full, if that.
AceVentura1986 Posted January 17, 2017 Share #3 Posted January 17, 2017 I've used 32 gig Panasonic Gold cards in both my ME and M9M for years, without incident.
Chuck Albertson Posted January 18, 2017 Share #4 Posted January 18, 2017 I've used 32 gig Panasonic Gold cards in both my ME and M9M for years, without incident. I use a few of those as well and they're quite reliable, but there's been a problem with availability in the US of late.

Chuck Albertson Posted April 16, 2017 Share #6 Posted April 16, 2017 I heard they've been discontinued. True - if you scroll down to the prices/availability links at the bottom of this http://www.cameramemoryspeed.com/reviews/sd-cards/panasonic-gold-seires-32gb-uhs-i-u3-sd-card/, both B&H and Adorama say it's no longer available.
