ns_ng Posted January 17, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 17, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dhaka is a very large, crowded, noisy and polluted city. The city's traffic is horrendous with thousands of trishaws fighting for every inch of the roads and streets. But for the photographer who is willing to venture out into the streets, alleys and slums, there are fascinating images to be captured. Here is an image I captured while visiting a slum. ns_ng Posted January 19, 2017 Author Share #3 Posted January 19, 2017 Terrific. Dhaka is not a usual tourist destination. But for those that want to see and shoot street life in a third world environment, this is one of the most interesting places I have been. Thanks!
Robert M Poole Posted January 19, 2017 Share #4 Posted January 19, 2017 I wish I was more into photography when I travelled to the East. I'm left with loads of snapshots and missed opportunities... www.robertpoolephotography.com
ns_ng Posted January 21, 2017 Author Share #5 Posted January 21, 2017 I wish I was more into photography when I travelled to the East. I'm left with loads of snapshots and missed opportunities... www.robertpoolephotography.com When I was working, I used to traval extensively thoughout the Far East. But as these were business trips, I did not have time to shoot. Now that I am retired, I can travel to these and other places just for my photogrphy.
