Now that reminds me of this one. ;) M8.

Very nice... After some time I realized that even if the content is similar, it is quite different. In yours, plane is moving towards threatening clouds (adventure) and in mine, it is flying in the safe zone (relief). Similar but so different!

jaapv,

Beautiful shot. Years ago, as a B-47 pilot, I experienced several like that, trying to fly over towering cumulus along the Inter Tropical Convergence  (ITC).

Flying among those clouds, you feel very, very humble.

Thank You.

I actually rather like the original post and some that followed. It took me a while to find that seagull, however.

Here's another to ponder.

Nothing fancy, just another double rainbow from my porch and a moonrise at the harbor. M9/21 SEM.

Last year I went for a walk along the coast from Criccieth, here in North Wales, one beautiful day. Just the sea a gentle breeze and the constant drone of aeroplanes using a headland as a turning point. There were a lot coming over every minute or so and repeatedly. No idea what they were up to but one was a seaplane as you can see which is an unusual sight here. Anyway, I had the 75mm Summilux on the M9 for some reason and it does seem to operate well in bright light.

Tree cloud.

Hopefully the "objects" are not too large to qualify.

Dee - a lovely image...

Some further offerings.  All from North Norfolk - the skies are lovely there.  These were from my brief time with the SL (all M lenses). I look forward to going back with the M10...
