Frase Posted December 31, 2016 Share #2 Posted December 31, 2016 35mm f1.4 pre the aspherical version works fine on all Ms famous for 'Leica glow' when shot wide open, only annoying thing is its tricky to code as it has a different kind of lens mount. Stealth3kpl Posted December 31, 2016 Share #5 Posted December 31, 2016 Do you literally mean what is the 35 pre-asph? It's this one: http://www.kenrockwell.com/leica/35mm-f14.htm I think the code is 11870 Pete
pico Posted December 31, 2016 Share #6 Posted December 31, 2016 (edited) Lens code is 11860. I just happened to have it on my camera at the moment. I like the Summilux 35mm very much. Wide-open it has a certain character, stopped down one, it's like the Summicron 35mm. Two lenses in one. pico Posted December 31, 2016 Share #7 Posted December 31, 2016 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) A very good article which covers all the Summilux 35mm lenses by Her Overgaard: http://www.overgaard.dk/leica-35mm-Summilux-M-ASPH-f-14.html His continued reviews have me seeking a 35mm Summilux-M ASPH, but I will always keep my V2.
