Frase Posted December 17, 2016 Share #6 Posted December 17, 2016 Thats pretty cool, I once had a picture used on a bus and that was taken with a Canon 1d or maybe a 1dmk2 and I was surprised how good that looked.

pico Posted December 17, 2016 Share #9 Posted December 17, 2016 Back in the Sixties a photog named Dick Sroda shot 35mm Kodachrome and had them enlarged on 8x10 transparencies. He was a heavy hitter of the time.

Herr Barnack Posted December 19, 2016 Share #12 Posted December 19, 2016 In the past, I would shoot 120 film and make what I'd call medium sized prints (18x12 inches or 45.7x30.5 cm. printed image area) from Fuji Velvia 50 chromes, both on Ilfochrome medium and from scanned chromes printed by Epson inkjet printers. At the same print size with color prints being made on the same Epson inkjet printer, my M-P 240 using M lenses beats 120 film prints hands down in terms of printed image quality. The prints coming from the M-P 240/M glass and the Epson printer look - to my eye, at least - like they would equal or surpass even 4x5 inch film based prints in terms of printed image quality. This leaves me wondering: Have others out there experienced similar printed results from the combination of M lenses and the M240 camera platform?
