Sending in M9 for sensor corrosion

So, every time I email Leica New Jersey about sending in my M9-P, or getting on a waiting list, I only receive an automated "Out of Office" reply.

 

What's up with that? Is it only me? Does LNJ not do email with customers? Do they only respond to phone calls? Do they resopond to phone calls or do I have to write them a letter and send it through the post? Or will that get ignored?

 

Prayer, maybe?

 

What am I supposed to do? My sensor has corrosion and needs a pixel remap; it's a mess right now.
