No, I stepped out because the turnaround time for each repair was over 2-3 months, with little to no input from support.

 

Looks I am lucky since I have received much better/faster response through my deaer here in Germany, but I fully understand your decision. I just cant understand why Leica has not been successful to improve the service situation.
