mikemgb Posted September 24, 2016 Share #2 Posted September 24, 2016 Very nice! The last time I was there was at dawn on January 2nd to go inside the circle. It was pouring, the rain destroyed my C-Lux.
Michael Hiles Posted September 24, 2016 Share #3 Posted September 24, 2016 Fine picture of an "over-pictured" place.

teb1013 Posted September 25, 2016 Share #8 Posted September 25, 2016 Excellent picture. B/W is perfect for the subject. When I was last there, way back in the 70s, you could walk in the circle without restriction. Sadly it was crowded and lacked the isolated splendour that you capture (despite some people on the path). Iduna Posted September 25, 2016 Share #9 Posted September 25, 2016 Andy, excellent composition and rendering. Thus is giving back a kind of mystic atmosphere. The visitors can be taken as members of clan people under a wide sky in a procession.
bouic49 Posted September 26, 2016 Share #10 Posted September 26, 2016 Like the wide viewpoint, the clouds give the extra quality.
Hardster Posted September 27, 2016 Share #11 Posted September 27, 2016 (edited) Agreed. The aptly orientated clouds add to this great vista. Was last there 01/01/2000. No Y2K bug dooming mankind and definitely no druids. Edited September 27, 2016 by Hardster
erl Posted September 27, 2016 Share #12 Posted September 27, 2016 Right on the money Andy! Your landscapes are legendary! I will be watching for top level landscape stuff submitted for the Lisbon One Challenge. I am sure it will have your name on it.
