Here are three quick photos of a woman named Wilma.  For it we used two narrow, vertical softboxes with scrims on them of B2 strobes - One in front of her and one behind.  The one behind was set for a stop or two less light than the one in front.  I had her step just a bit closer to me than straight on with the nights, and the lights blacked out the background since I shot at f/8.

You're shooting profoto B2?! Nice simple lighting setting Stuart, I have one tip if you allow me and that regarding hair. Always make sure hair looks substantially thick and dense by never allowing gaps of no hair between strands. I would have it all over her back, or completely over one of her shoulders.
