John Basso Posted August 25, 2016 Share #1 Posted August 25, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello Everyone. Yesterday the temperature in Toronto was more manageable ,henceforth I finally felt the urge to shoot some city scenes. As more and more high-rise tower sprouting up in our cement garden,it might be quite difficult to get a half decent shot of the highest object in Toronto. This whole area around ground floor level is all used for entertainment, which is very pleasant for the citizen of this great city. Thanks for watching.John Basso. Welcome, dear visitor! Michael Hiles Posted August 26, 2016 Share #3 Posted August 26, 2016 Great shot - not an easy subject to make an interesting picture. BTW - 1 too many "N"s.
skucera Posted August 31, 2016 Share #4 Posted August 31, 2016 Yes, it's the CN Tower, as in the Canadian National Railway. When I visited many years ago, the restaurant in the tower was excellent. The bottom floor in the tower has a glass floor... it's an interesting experience to walk out on the glass and look past your feet at the ground 400m below. Beautiful photo, BTW. war Posted September 2, 2016 Share #5 Posted September 2, 2016 Nice composition. Same weather in Chicago, I'm going out today to take advantage of the coolness. As an aside. Looking up, it's really hard to get an architectural shot without one of those ugly cameras on the building corners looking back at you.
