Question about Q warranty If bought outside US

A couple of months ago I bought a Q from the US from a well known authorized Leica dealer in Vienna, Austria and had a few questions forming on my mind today about it.

 

1) if the warranty ever has to be used do I go through Leica USA or would I have to contact the store I bought it from in Vienna and go through them?

 

2) if I ever sell it down the line are Leica warranties transferable? I haven't registered the camera yet. I hear

Leica warranties are excellent.
