M240 Designed after M9 Titanium?

I was roaming the internet and looking at random Leica stuff and noticed that the M9 Titanium looks extremely close to what the M240 looks like. Additionally, the 35 Lux that came with it looks extremely close in design as well, if not the same, as the FLE lux.

Thought this was interesting. Not exactly an M240 topic (and probably very old news) but I enjoy looking at all of the random M camera iterations.

Would love to have (would hate to pay) an M-P 240 Hermes edition. Ha.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

The M Ti was the model that introduced the led frames.

Now this is the system that has replaced the light window.

It is thus normal that you see similarities in the designs.
