I contacted Sejun through email, received a Paypal invoice after a few days, and completed the payment over a week ago. Since then, I haven't got any response or heard anything about my order, though I have tried email, phone call and Facebook. I'm getting a little worried and starting to consider a refund. For those who have approached them before, do you guys know if this is normal? I do love their products but I would expect them to be more responsive than this. Thank you so much guys. I don't know what you are expecting to hear, but it can take several weeks to make a specific case. I doubt they are carrying stock of M9 cases.
