wolfri Posted May 1, 2016 Share #1 Posted May 1, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) Dear all, does anyone had issues with the display of Leica Q? Yesterday when I started to shoot some photos I discovered that there is an issue with my display, it seems that the layer below the outside glass layer is broken, half of the display is not working properly. The camera did not fall down or had any impact whatsoever since I care for this camera like I do for my eye apple . Will go to Leica tomorrow and guess it will be a warranty topic ... Happy shooting Wolf

Leica Guy Posted May 1, 2016 Share #3 Posted May 1, 2016 It looks cracked. Could be a latent manufacturing defect since as you say its not been dropped. Send to Leica for warranty service. Good luck.
wolfri Posted May 6, 2016 Author Share #4 Posted May 6, 2016 Brought it to the Leica Shop, now it will take approximately 4 weeks to get it back and most likely next week I will get their feedback regarding the warranty ... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Good luck with it and being covered under warranty. Regardless, it'll be good to have it repaired and returned to service.
