XVarior Posted February 7, 2016 Share #1 Posted February 7, 2016 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was behind of a group of tourists taking pictures and selfies at the edge of Byblos pier when out of no where, a huge wave smashed on the rocks bellow and smashed over the Pier edge and it's visitants. They tried to run but the sea was faster :-) Welcome, dear visitor! A miller Posted February 8, 2016 Share #6 Posted February 8, 2016 Very funny, Rodrigue. Seems like a group of local geniuses I like your artistic take on the PP, although some of the faces in the last two appear unconvincingly bright, and i dont think they need to be to achieve your rendition. Just a thought. Best, adam

Just a thought. Best, adam Thanks Adam, you're right about the note on faces. I got back to my computer and EffexPro and it seems the preset I used enhances skin tones! only in the last shot it's visible. Here's another version, much better I guess. I shot this scene metering for the background not the foreground so all I got at the end is silhouettes. Welcome, dear visitor! Steve Ricoh Posted February 8, 2016 Share #9 Posted February 8, 2016 (edited) Nice improvement! Rodrigue, you mentioned metering for the background, did you increase by +1 to ensure the surf appears white as it should? Rodrigue, you mentioned metering for the background, did you increase by +1 to ensure the surf appears white as it should? Hi Steve, the surf is already white, I enhanced it by increasing the blues and the whites bit in LR
