jevidon Posted February 8, 2016 Share #2 Posted February 8, 2016 DAG camera has the Minox 35 lens set up with an M mount as well. It is also a quality lens, very tiny and it is priced well. you can find Don's site on line.
gbealnz Posted February 8, 2016 Share #3 Posted February 8, 2016 Nice project Can. I see from your blog you haven't "coded" the lens. Why not simply code the adapter, I have with the 28mm Elmarit, and the 50mm Canon LTM (coded the screw to M mount). Gary
can-photo Posted February 9, 2016 Author Share #4 Posted February 9, 2016 Thanks Gary, I didn't know you could do that, awesome tip. What did you set for the canon one, presumably not of the predefined bitcodes?
gbealnz Posted February 9, 2016 Share #5 Posted February 9, 2016 On my LTM Canon lens I bought an adapter from an e bay seller I always use. Essentially, a LTM to M adapter, with the 6 bit coded marks. I then coded it as a 50 Summilux if I recall correctly. For my 28mm Elmarit, I used the same seller, and swapped out the chrome bayonet ring, to one which had the 6 bit coded marks. It wasn't so much a case of corrections for the relevant lenses I was after, more a matter of LR telling me what lens I had used. Gary
