Added some goat skin leather to the Leica 109. It looks classic now and feels much better. What have you guys added to your 109?

So I got the leather from Arte Di Mano seller on eBay. It is cut perfectly and really easy to apply. I got the goat skin because I like the look of that texture, but they have other leather. It took about a week to get in the mail. It is totally worth the money since it makes it look like a traditional leica and adds additional grip.

astropap, how does the lens handle flaring with the polarizer filter on?

Just an FYI:  there are some artifacts (weird colors in the clouds, wavy lines in the sky) caused by reducing the size for posting.  They do not appear in the original

They won't appear if you reduce them yourself before posting:

How do I upload photos to the forum?

What's the size limit for uploading photos?

Why does the forum shrink my photos and adds ugly artifacts?

You should have rescaled them first to a size of 1280 pixels or less on each side. The forum refuses to upload picture files which are more than 500kB in size and rescales (compresses as well) pictures with more than 1280 pixels on one side. Yours are on the order of 100kB and clearly compressed (too much), hence it must have been  the number of pixels which was too large.

As Pop indicated, you can select appropriate parameters (size and weight) in LR.

Ok.  Thanks for the help.

Hi Amy, I've just received my JJC auto lens cap (ALC-LX100) but I am too dumb to know how to install it.  Could you please tell me how to install it, THANKS!

Updated: nevermind, just sorted out!
