Falstaff Posted January 7, 2016 Share #2 Posted January 7, 2016 Looks like one of the Domke bags, although the latter does not have a sheepskin lining .
250swb Posted January 8, 2016 Share #3 Posted January 8, 2016 Its a shame they are all so ugly, you'd think that for over $400 they could have done better. Steve
plasticman Posted January 8, 2016 Share #4 Posted January 8, 2016 Yet another camera bag made to look like it should be carried by a Victorian gentleman out hunting.
wattsy Posted January 8, 2016 Share #5 Posted January 8, 2016 Yet another camera bag made to look like it should be carried by a Victorian gentleman out hunting. I suppose in a way the contemporary well to do Westerner with Leica in hand patrolling various third world cities looking for subjects to "capture" is the modern equivalent of the Victorian gent out trying to bag an elephant or net a rare butterfly.
LocalHero1953 Posted January 8, 2016 Share #6 Posted January 8, 2016 "The beautiful Sheepskin interior, known to provide the best organic padding available, is naturally water-resistant and flame-retardant. " Nice bit of marketing BS. Kapok is a pretty good padding material and doesn't involve dead animals (if that worries you). They obviously expect your camera to catch fire and leak water! IWC Doppel Posted May 2, 2016 Share #8 Posted May 2, 2016 Looks nice but clumsy internal use of space also don't like a bag too thick I can get two bodies with lenses, filters, cloths spare cards n battery and phone into an A & A 3000 bag which is way smaller and neater than this
Joshua Lowe Posted May 2, 2016 Share #9 Posted May 2, 2016 (edited) Which one of these fashion bags best matches my no-kill, fair trade, free range, sustainably farmed double soy latte resting on a reclaimed wood table? It needs to look correct on my Instagram. Edited May 2, 2016 by Joshua Lowe

It won't protect your precious M kit from water, dust or impact damage but as your lenses tear through the bottom and smash into the concrete sidewalk, just repeat the mantra "less is more" and you will immediately be awash in blissful feelings of magnanimity. But only if the bag is clearly marked as being sourced from a responsible, sustainable supply, the other option would be to knit yourself a bag from wool. That's for those Leica users who deride others for questioning the cost of the gear, but then moan about battery prices and buy the cheap ones which are prone to internal combustion.
