Blurred shot

A combination of 1/15s and my attempt at guessing the distance - when I took this it was my 1st day out shooting with a RF camera - but less of the excuses!!

Hi Steve - what you've captured within your frame here is interesting on a couple of levels and has real potential. it obviously doesnt hold together the way it came out, but with just a tad more headroom and better focus (perfection here isnt critical) it would be a winner. The expressions on the asian ladies are quite intriguing and hold interest. and the processing is well done.

i would be encouraged by this if i were you.

 

with a quick close up shot like this i would recommend a 28mm lens. you will be able to get the hang of the zone focusing on an expert level in no time, which will afford you more freedom to deliberatey compose your subjects.
