In past years Ece was most appreciative of seeing NYC's holiday decorations, which is why I'm posting this "dedication" to one of the loveliest people I've ever met.  2015 is the 50th anniversary of Charlie Brown.  That plus the new Peanuts movie no doubt inspired (and probably paid for) the Macy's windows this year.

I am always amazed at the level of artistry and attention to intricate detail resulting in these beautiful creations that reflect the spirit and the mood of the time. 

 

I love the way they created these beloved characters, very true to form, with all their sweetness and charm. Linus at his piano.... and there's even a cello in that display!
