silverwren Posted November 28, 2015 Share #1 Posted November 28, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) My X Vario wants to take 3 pictures. I do not have it on continuous shooting. When I take my finger off the shutter it takes two more. Is there some setting I have inadvertently chosen to do this? It is like bracketing but It is not the same picture. I am very distressed. Thanks for any advice.
Advertisement Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Hi silverwren, Take a look here What is going on with my X Vario?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
wda Posted November 28, 2015 Share #2 Posted November 28, 2015 If you were not expecting to take three pictures, you would have moved the camera thus giving the appearance of three involuntary shots. Examine the LCD with Info cycling through the options and you will quickly see a symbol if the camera was trying to shoot bracketed exposures. If there is evidence, See XV Instructions Page 182 [15]. It can be set inadvertently if you brush a finger over or press the Direction Pad..
gbealnz Posted November 28, 2015 Share #3 Posted November 28, 2015 Yep, been there myself, usually the bracketing mode. Clear that and try again. Gary
