The hotel is the centrally located NY Hilton at a great rate.

This is going to be a terrific meet, with Peter Turnley as keynote speaker,  several other very good presentations, and some great city walks,  including a trip over to Brooklyn for a walkaround in DUMBO and, if up to it, a walk back to Manhattan on the Broojklyn Bridge.   On Friday night there is a pub crawl to four of the oldest bars in NY.   Come join us.

I went to the room reservation site and it says no rooms available for 13-17th.  And nowhere does it say what the room rates are, as prior meeting announcements did.  Do you know if the rooms are sold out and if not what the rates are?

Hi.  I am sending this to the LHSA administrator.  Its possible that the reserved rooms are sold out.

Thanks.  That was awhile ago, apparently there was either a glitch in the hotel's online registration or else they released another block of rooms, or else some people cancelled their reservations.  Think we'll pass on this one though.

The next two spring shoots (Charleston and Santa Fe) sound more like my cup of tea.  Picturesque small towns.  Perhaps Vancouver, would love to get over to Victoria.  It's so far to fly though, like going to London.

The NY Spring Shoot is going to be terrific.   The historic pub crawl on Friday evening amd the boat ride Thursday are going to be great.   Look at New York as a series of picturesque small towns (neighborhoods) all connected to each other in walking distance of museums, good restaurants, etc.

For those of you who were unable to come, you missed a great meet up, with interesting walks, a cruise out into NY harbor at sunset, and terrific speakers, including Glen Craig, Tom Grill, Gigi Stoll, and the keynote, Peter Turnley.

Look for a note about the Annual meeting in Vancouver in October, and in May you will see a great new website for LHSA.

Regards to all.
