euston Posted October 14, 2015 Share #3 Posted October 14, 2015 She’s a canine supermodel - sharp eyed and bushy tailed. Good shot, Ece!

platypus Posted October 14, 2015 Share #5 Posted October 14, 2015 A really delightful portrait of "woman's best friend".....I also like the way in which the colours of the rug match her/his colouring so well, a clever bit of interior design! Louis Posted October 15, 2015 Share #7 Posted October 15, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Usually, I am not a big fun of pet shots, but this one is so special. Not only she is really beautiful, but she also has such a lovely expression and a classy pose! Wittout, of course, mentioning the gorgeous colors ( a Turkish rug?). allamande Posted October 16, 2015 Author Share #9 Posted October 16, 2015 Paul, Robert, Stuart, Dee, Michael, Louis, and Bill, Thank you for letting me indulge and share my sweetheart. If he met you in person now, he would be jumping all over you, wagging his tail and showering you with affection. He is the sweetest best friend, companion, the most favored member of the family. I also love the fact that he is so expressive (Darwin was right again). I appreciate your comments very much. Dee, I got lucky because he chose to sit on the rug to wait and look at me while I was tinkering with the camera. He really was expecting to go out to play ball and you can see the resignation in his eyes. Louis, I am totally with you about pet shots. But this one felt so good that I needed to share. And, yes, that is a Turkish kilim rug from Gallipoli region (you have very sharp eyes, my friend). Ece
