This was just a lucky capture whilst planning to photograph just the building - sometimes luck is on your side. Taken in Paris in 2002 using an M6 with 50mm Summicron f2 and T400CN film.

Gerry,

A wonderful use of patterns and symmetry in your composition,  Excellent light and shadows all go together to make an exceptional picture.

Thank you Paul. I just managed to grab one frame, and was so lucky to catch her foot off the ground. Thanks for commenting.

Gerry, I enjoyed seeing this photo; a fine shot! The framing is spot on, and the placement of vintage and modern architecture, grounded by the woman on the move, speak to the importance of waiting for the right moment. A sharp eye you have! Thanks!
