I recently bought a Godox AD-360 to use with my Leica Q

This first image, is my most recent image with it - using my 22inch Kacey Beauty dish. Just held it whilst holding the camera in the other hand.

These other two were earlier shots just using the cone modifier that comes with the flash.

Fine work, and quite an achievement while balancing gear in both hands. Great choice of subject too, for that theatrical light. The  whispy smoke and backlit hairs in the 3rd shot are a nice bonus, but that second shot with the moon/sun behind while he draws on that cig is outstanding. Thanks for posting these.

Cool pics - i prefer the first one of the three, the light looks a bit too harsh on the other too (for my taste, yours may vary)

i do love the cloud behind his head in #1, looks almost like a cloud of smoke from the cigarette.

There's a cloud far left, but the other big bit is smoke. Did you mean that?

so it is - i didn't look closely enough

in that case, i like the smoke that i though was a cloud that looked like smoke behind his head.

thats what i get for posting late at night, after an "interesting" day at work.
