XVarior Posted October 2, 2015 Author Share #21 Posted October 2, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) very lovely although your B&W rendition is a better choice as it showcases the composition and form, with the boy's energy racing in one direction and the energy of the frisbee simultaneously jetting the opposite direction (and conveniently taking the eyes across the frame). The only thing that I really like about the color version that you give up in the B&W version is the color of the water. It is very film like. This is outweighed by the form elements I just mentioned. I would sign up to be a contributor to Getty. I was able to do a couple of years ago through my Flickr page. I unfortunately have a pile up to the clouds of photos that I haven't taken the time to contribute. But those that I have contributed have yielded royalties that have afforded me several cups of NYC coffee... Thanks for the tip Adam.
Advertisement Posted October 2, 2015 Posted October 2, 2015 Hi XVarior, Take a look here A walk on the beach. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Louis Posted October 3, 2015 Share #22 Posted October 3, 2015 Rodrigue, I prefer the B/W version. Somehow, I find more "atmosphere" in the monochrome with your very nice PP, while the color version is just a beautiful shot!
