Brent - thank you.  The attempts will no doubt fail, and soon cold weather will make it moot until spring.  The mayor proposed tearing up the pedestrian mall and reinstalling streets, even though pedestrian traffic fatalities dropped significantly since changing the streets into the pedestrian mall.
