I remember Daniel Libeskind won the commission but by the time the design was put into action is became a design by committee -- mostly security people. A look at the entrance will show you it is a 20 story bunker at the bottom covered with slats and glass to hind the fact. But, I will see if there is a way to reach him. Thanks for the suggestion.
