tobey bilek Posted July 24, 2015 Share #5 Posted July 24, 2015 I have no idea what keeps the old farm houses intact so long in Sweden, but a family member here in the USA visited the family farm in Sweden where my great grandmother was born, The original house still stands looking as new. Same center porch and red shutters as shown here. Just a lot smaller. I am 73 so you can imagine how long ago my great grandmother was born.
