Price brass silver 135,000 yen ($1,088), aluminum black 115,000 yen ($927).Lens configuration 7 group nine, including one aspherical surface. 10 sheets aperture blades. A minimum focusing distance of 0.5m. Filter diameter of 46mm. Maximum diameter × overall length is 53 × 50.9mm. Weight Silver is 330g, black 238g.Anyone else interested in the new Ultron? Personally I am seriously considering it, as it seems to be a perfect balance between a fast f/stop and relatively small size and weight (black version: 238 g). Even though the Nokton 35 1.2 is a fantastic performer I was always turned off by it's size. Right now I have the Summarit 35mm f/2.5, but there are moments when I do wish it would be a little brighter. Sadly 35LUX FLE is out of my price range for the time beeing. Advertisement Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Hi Tmuussoni, Take a look here Voigtlander 35 1.7 Ultron M mount. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
sdk Posted July 18, 2015 Share #2 Posted July 18, 2015 Not wild about the style of the lens barrel, but the optics should count more. But as I am in love with my Zeiss 35mm/1.4 Distagon ZM, I'll pass on this Voigtlander.

fiftyonepointsix Posted August 26, 2015 Share #5 Posted August 26, 2015 I will keep using my Voigtlander/Cosina 50/1.5 Nokton and 35/1.7 Ultron. The original 50/1.5 Nokton for the Prominent was made for a camera with an internal helical, and an adapter was made to fit this lens on a Leica. The new M-Mount Nokton and Ultron base their design on the old lens in that adapter. It was a "Kludge" 60+ years ago, I guess that is "In Vogue, Retro-Styling" now. I have the original Nokton in Prominent mount, can use it with adapters. Voigtlander (original) made great optics, but kludged them together in cameras. The mechanics of the old Voigtlander lenses and cameras were terrible.
