The vertical 5x viewfinder is the one that was supplied with the Micro-Visoflex II, sold as Microphotography device (with, as JC says, the distinguishing interchangable screen feature)  ; afaik the finder in itself had not a code of its own... the whole Micro-Visoflex set complete with viewfinder was listed with a 6 digits code in the Microscope pricelist (probably 543097)... the bellows too had a code of its own in the Microscope pricelist (542026) ; probably all the set that was offered to you comes from some lab, and maybe it was originally used with some "M lab" body  like Leica MD...

I don't think that, optically speaking, the 5x "Micro" viewfinder is different form the standard 5x "Chimney" viewfinder.

Thanks again. I bought this set.

When you have time, can you post some detailed pics of the M lens adapter ring (the item at right in your post) ?  It looks not identical to mine... it would fit in the front flange of the bellows, of course... but there is something unclear to me...

Sorry... don't take in account my request... looking better at your picture, I discovered that my "odd feel" was just an effect of light and shade... it's a std. 16596/UOOND, indeed.

The pricelist of the era specifies that the Micro Visoflex was provided with two screens (ground glass and clear glass) ... don't know if other were aavailable.  The Viso III had its own Micro version, same interchangable screen, same vertical 5x finder :

I remember having seen such interchangeable screens for sale several years ago. Since I have a Visoflex III with interchangeable screens I have been looking for them (and for possble varieties) but of course I never found any..... As long as you have a ground glass you can use the set.

I only wanted the Bellows II with std adaptor 16558. But I bought this set anyway for about 50% more WITHOUT 16558, because of the Micro Viso and vertical viewfinder looked interesting . Now I need this adaptor for my 135mm Tele-Elmar. Can someone help?

The Tele-Elmar head screws right into 16558 without any further adapters.  The bellows will focus it from infinity to 22 inches.

The interchangeable screens are very hard to find separately.  I only know of two:  ground glass and clear with etched circle.

I don't have 16558. I choose to buy this set without it because the other items seemed interesting. (I have Viso III already). I also need 16464 for the Tele-Elmar. I can find both theese adaptors separately , but never from the same seller to  a reasonable prise (= not Leica Shop).

I think there was a clear one with crosshairs too

No relation with the seller... but this seems to me a reasonable price : https://www.keh.com/234255/leica-visoflex-16464-otzfo-univ-focus-mt-blk

(and it is the black version... I have the chrome OTZFO/16464 which gives a so/so look with the black lenshead of TE 135... chrome OTZFOs are very easy to find... currently there is even an Italian private seller that offers one for 50 Euros....)
