ShawnK Posted July 5, 2015 Share #4 Posted July 5, 2015 I agree @ low hanging fog. I too shot this iconic bldg, in person it looks fab. Did u go on the other end where they have painted the blank wall? Fab. I like your capture, very well done.
Pjay Posted July 6, 2015 Share #5 Posted July 6, 2015 It is also one of the very few older architectural examples which have met the wrecking ball. Love the image! I suspect that the word 'not' is missing between have and met :>)
John Basso Posted July 7, 2015 Author Share #6 Posted July 7, 2015 I agree @ low hanging fog. I too shot this iconic bldg, in person it looks fab. I suspect that the word 'not' is missing between have and met :>) Thank you so much for your comments. Also the word ,, NOT '' supposed to be in the sentence.I should have been more careful and do more proofreading before my posting. The reference of the wrecking ball reminds me of the visit in the seventies of the Irish Poet and Playwright Brendan Behan. Who's answered when asked what he thought of Toronto said: It would be a nice city if it ever was finished.Indeed since then not much of the older architecture is left standing.Greetings: John Basso.
