My first 35mm camera was my father's Leica IIIg which he purchased in the 50s. Dad had a darkroom and taught me the basics on that camera. Back then we used a handheld light meter.

I eventually moved to Nikon SLR gear and then later onto a Canon DSLR kit which I still have and use.

It feels great to great to get back to a rangefinder though. The M has brought me closer to photography if that makes sense.

This shot of my wife Abigail was taken next to a window in our favorite coffee shop here in Louisiana. 35mm Summicron @ f2. That's her Leica XE on the table.

Sam, your wife is beautiful as is your shot of her! She also has a great camera! ;)

I saw your shot in the other site also. Here in LUF, it is more saturated and reddish!... Did you make any changes or is it the same?... Is it in SRGB?... I am asking you because I noticed the same thing happening with my own shots. They look more "red" in LUF!

Thank you Louis! :)  It's the same shot. Apparently it renders differently in different places. It was shot SRGB.
