Guest NEIL-D-WILLIAMS Posted June 12, 2015 Share #21 Posted June 12, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Jeff Do you have an phone number for customer service?? I also tried there chat service that is open so called 24/7 but that was also down so what I am saying is there software is great but there website and CS sucks :( my last attempt yesterday on my Chevron computer took me all the way to check out then I was told that I needed to do it all again as I was in the wrong country (I was in the Malaysia country) I did it all again and go the same result I then chose the UK just incase I used that when I first registered with Adobe... got the same error I then tried the US and got the same error So basically I am screwed unless I can talk with someone as my registered address is in Malaysia

Jeff S Posted June 12, 2015 Share #28 Posted June 12, 2015 The trick to the US site is to click on the 'buy' button for the full package….only then does the upgrade option appear. Jeff
