Unnumbered and other "rare" lenses

I just came again across a thread dating May last, initially posted by Readypat, where excellent - as usual - comments by Luigi Bertolotti (no thanks needed this time, Luigi! ;) ) quoted the "five digits lenses" as extremely rare. I immediately went back to my files (just cards, not - yet? - on computer  ) to check. I found some, but decided to extend the listing of my finds for "whom may be interested".

1) Unnumbered lenses in the Fontenelle Collection :

- Three identical Elmar 1:3,5 F=50 mm, nickel, "0" but no "R" mark, "cylinder" infinity locking.

- Two other same Elmars, except for the infinity blocking : conical.

- Summar f=5 cm 1:2 chrome, mtr, with "R" mark.

- Elmar 1:4 F=9 cm, fat barrel, black and nickel

- Elmar f=9 cm 1:4, fat barrel, black and nickel, feet, no "arrow" nor "0".

- Two identical Elmar 1:4m,5 F=135 mm, black and nickel.

2) Three-digits lenses :

- 024 : Elmar 1:3,5 F=50 mm, nickel, feet, cylindrical infinity blocking (came with Leica I nº 523024).

- 042 : Elmar 1:3,5 F=50 mm, nickel, mtr, cylindrical blocking (with Leica I nº 53042).

- 051 : Betriebsob. Nr 051, Summarit prototype.

- 318 : Elmar 1:4,5 F=135 mm, black and nickel, number engraved on head's side.

- 434 : Hektor 1:2,5 F=50 mm, Elmar 1:3,5 F=35 mm and Elmar 1:4,5 F=135 mm, all nickel and                feet, came with Leica I nº 49434.

- 591 : Elmar 35, 50 and 135 mm matching Leica I nº 52591 cased set recently illustrated.

3) Five-digit lenses :

- 93133 : Elmar 1:3,5 F=50 mm, nickel, mtr.

- 93367 : same as above.

- 93624 : Varob nickel, diaphragm scaling 1-2-3-4-6-10.

- 94086 : Hektor f=5 cm 1:2,5, nickel, mtr, cylindrical infinity blocking.

- 96423 : same as above.

- 96833 : Elmar f=9 cm 1:4, fat, black and nickel, mtr.

- 99886 : Elmar f=5 cm 1:3,5, nickel, mtr.

Note : the first "6-digits" lens listed in my collection was nº 107922, an Elmar f=10,5 cm 1:6,3, black and nickel, feet.

And just for the fun, let me add that I had also 3 lenses numbered 25-079 (Summicrons 35, 50 and 90) matching the M6 nº 1938079/25-079 issued on the occasion of LHSA's 25th anniversary.

And - why not for even more fun? - a fake Russian Telyt f=10 cm 1:6,3 nº 34499 finished in glossy chrome...

That's all for today -_- .

very impressive, Pecole!

Let me add few more Elmars 50mm which I have:

1. Unnumbered: 8 of them in various outfits; nickel and chrom, 11 and 7 oclock, black scale and red scale, coated and uncoated. All of them are coupled and origin from Leicas I which were factory upgrades to later models. Upgrades were done from early 30s until md 50s therefore various outfits.

2. five digits: 93479, 99519 and 99561 - the last one is 7 oclock

3. and very special: 73803. I discussed this one on German Forum some time ago (  http://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/140654-elmar-73803/), adding now a foto which must have been removed. Does anyone know about any other Elmar with even lower SN?
