semi-ambivalent Posted May 25, 2015 Share #1 Posted May 25, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thought I'd post a sample image of my latest effort with ORWO N74 Plus. I've been trying it out as a replacement for Kodak Double X that provides more speed is is perhaps cheaper. Using D-96 was the key. I shot this at EI 320 but from the shadow detail it looks like I can get true 400 out of it, and maybe nine minutes development, I'll need some sunny weather to be sure, this is 'cloudy bright'. http://imgur.com/efoQ6FY and is not particularly small. Perhaps someone will find it of use. s-a

chris_livsey Posted May 27, 2015 Share #2 Posted May 27, 2015 N74 responds well to TD201 if you are mixing your own developers: N74 td-201 4min A & 4min B @400iso 68F
fotohuis Posted May 28, 2015 Share #3 Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) N74+ in HC-110 dil.B E.I. 320. Typical a cine film for the high lights you have to burn in the darkroom (see A-1). In the shadow detail just not iso 320 (see 18-19 in the step wedge). Unfortunately not my M7 but made with a Kiev-4AM and J-8M.
