XP2 would be ideal here - close to impossible to blow out highlights. I would place the important windows on Zone 3 to preserve details in the important shadows. With a hand held meter, measure a window and close down 2 stops from the meter reading.

Actually I used that film and a yellow filter. I averaged the reading of the white walls with the one from the black windows.
