Let me guess. Yoga studio?  Doggy grooming or it is a left over marquee from bygone era of 42nd St & Broadway?. ;) or may be it is a Dutch franchisee from Amsterdam?

:)  :) .  Thank you.  Dog grooming and accessories.  It is part of a block long marquee, with different text for each shop.  The building owners recently refurbished the entire building.
