We don't see many Grosbeaks in our part of Central Texas. This one visited a fountain on our upper patio this morning and I had to shoot the FZ1000 through window glass to avoid spooking it. I believe it is either a first-year male or an adult female. The males (which I've yet to see except one two years ago) are much more colorful. This one had a good time bathing, though wet feathers don't do a thing for its looks...
