Photosmith editing app claims to support Leica monochrom Dng files. They don't.Neither does Photogene ( properly). Yesterday Lightroom released an update and JOY!

No wonder photosmith do not reply to my emails , thieving bastards.

 

Although not as quick as a laptop, using an ipad for editing is truly wonderful. For one thing traveling with it is very easy. Apps like Photosmith and Photoraw are in danger. Photoraw did a decent Job. Photosmith are too busy to answer emails so who cares about them.

If they want to know the difference in a Monochrome DNG file, the difference in the image headers, send me a PM. It is very easy to process the monochrome DNG file.

I agree totally, editing with an iPad is very nice, I hope that they will release an iPad pro

 

I have tried  Lightroom for iOS and I find it not good at all

Was Filterstorm supporting Leica DNG files? If not are they going to start with the pro edition?

actually not  but for the pro version I hope , this app is so good, for me the best photo app on iOS

have you tried PhotoRaw? It supports Leica DNGs. Had no problems using it in the past years.

Photoraw works very well, but it's a different tool. Photogene claims to organize files as well and it does too, only if they are not DNG files.
