Strange behaviour on sign on screen

I'm now getting the 'we use cookies' message every time I visit the forum. I've selected to allow them, but this happens every time I visit the forum.

 

Also, although I've selected the 'keep me signed in' tick box, I'm always signed out after accepting cookie usage. If I then try to sign in, the screen says I don't have permission to do do that, but it appears to have signed me in.

 

The above is repeated every time I return to the forum from another website.

 

This is occurring on both a Mac and iPad - both are at the latest versions of their OS's.

This is about Cookies - looks as if they are not set correctly.

 

I have a similar behaviour here.

 

Please wait until we switch back to our original domain, then delete all cookies.

Then everything should work again...

In the meantime, it seems that if you ignore second sign-in and click on any forum section, your name will then appear as signed in.  It only acts weird when on the initial home page for me, but acts normally once I choose a sub-forum.
