I just now checked the links that were posted and Ece/Allamande lists Irvine as her location. If she's still in Irvine, I know that Pro Photo Connection near the University of CA-Irvine campus (UCI) processes C-41 and has a good reputation. There's also The Darkroom (aka Swan Labs) down the 5 freeway in San Clemente. One of the best E-6 labs in the country is nearby (Datachrome in Santa Ana.) There's also a Samy's store in Santa Ana that takes in film for processing. And of course North Coast Photo in Carlsbad (farther down the freeway.) And plenty of places in LA....

I don't get down to Orange County (Irvine) very often but I know people at the Claire Trevor School of the Arts at UCI and the art department photo program is both film based and digital. Give them a call and ask to speak to Rudy Vega. He manages the photo facilities there and would know where people get their C-41 processing done off campus.
