It is Agfa RSX II 200 E-6 film on clear Polyester layer, hence technology of over 15 years old. The emulsion seems to be available from Agfa Leverkusen (old stock?) and the production is done at Agfa Gevaert in Belgium.

In cross processing you can get interesting results. If you do the right E-6 processing it is not a bad film but it can not compete with the actual Fuji E-6 films.

RSX 200 is critical in pH for the E-6 processing so if you have a deviation you can get quickly a Yellow cast but this was also 15 years ago with the original Agfa E-6 films.
